First let us explain our philosophy.

We don’t offer flips or overpriced flops!

We offer conservative, well priced, new and nearly new properties in highly desirable areas that command good rents. We look for properties that are likely to stay rented, appreciate at a steady rate, and have little maintenance. We filter current offerings for the best “buy and hold” prospects.

With tighter qualifying, would-be buyers are becoming renters. Demand is growing, supply is limited. New and nearly new homes rent at a premium.
